Tour Plan

Start your day with an early morning pickup from your lodge and enjoy a scenic drive to Tarangire National Park, carrying packed lunchboxes for a full day of adventure. This park is one of Tanzania’s hidden gems, offering incredible wildlife viewing in a less crowded environment.

Famous for its large elephant populations, Tarangire National Park is home to some of the biggest herds in East Africa. As you explore the park on a game drive, you will encounter diverse landscapes, including open savannas, acacia woodlands, and seasonal marshes.

The life-giving Tarangire River flows through the park, attracting a wide variety of wildlife, especially during the dry season. Along the riverbanks, you may spot elephants drinking, giraffes browsing, zebras grazing, and numerous bird species.

Keep an eye out for predators such as lions stalking their prey or leopards resting in the trees while watching over the plains. The combination of rich wildlife and dramatic scenery makes Tarangire a must-visit destination for safari lovers.

After your game drive, return to your lodge for dinner, relaxation, and an overnight stay, reflecting on a day filled with unforgettable wildlife encounters.

After breakfast, your safari guide will drive you to Lake Eyasi, one of the most unique cultural destinations in northern Tanzania. This remote area offers an authentic experience far from the busy safari routes.

Upon arrival, you will meet the Hadzabe Tribe, a community well known for their exceptional hunting skills and traditional lifestyle. You will have the opportunity to join them on a hunting excursion and witness how they use bows, arrows, and natural tracking techniques to survive in the wild.

After this fascinating experience, continue your journey to meet the Datooga Tribe, famous for their traditional blacksmithing skills. You will observe how they create tools, weapons, and jewelry using simple methods that have been passed down through generations.

Take time to walk along the shores of Lake Eyasi and visit a nearby local village, where you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings and learn more about daily life in this unique region.

After a full day of cultural exploration, return to your lodge for relaxation, followed by dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, depart for an exciting game drive in Lake Manyara National Park with packed lunch boxes for a full day of exploration. This beautiful park is one of Tanzania’s most diverse wildlife destinations, offering a mix of forest, open plains, and lakeside scenery.

During your game drive, you will have the chance to spot a variety of wildlife, including elephants, giraffes, zebras, and large groups of baboons that are commonly seen throughout the park. Lake Manyara National Park is especially famous for its unique tree-climbing lions, often seen resting on tree branches, making it one of the few places in Africa where this behavior can be observed.

After the game drive, continue your journey with a visit to a traditional Maasai Tribe village (boma), where you will experience their way of life and learn about their culture, traditions, and daily activities.

Following this cultural visit, you will drive back to Arusha and proceed with your transfer to the airport, marking the end of your safari with Adhama Adventures.
