Beyond the classic safari experience, you’ll enjoy meaningful cultural encounters at Lake Eyasi with the Hadzabe people, offering a rare insight into one of the last hunter-gatherer communities in East Africa. To complete your journey, unwind on the beautiful island of Zanzibar, where white sandy beaches and turquoise waters provide the perfect setting for relaxation after your safari adventure.

Tour Plan

We will pick you up from your hotel at 8:00 AM and begin your journey to the remarkable Tarangire National Park, one of the most unique parks in Tanzania’s northern safari circuit. Tarangire is renowned for its diverse landscape, featuring multiple vegetation zones that create a rich and varied ecosystem. The park is especially famous for its ancient baobab trees—the largest on the continent—which dominate the scenery and create a striking backdrop for wildlife viewing.

The Tarangire River is the lifeline of the park, attracting an incredible concentration of animals. Here, you may encounter lions, leopards, zebras, giraffes, buffaloes, antelopes, and a wide variety of bird species. The park is particularly known for having the largest concentration of elephants in Tanzania, offering a rare opportunity to observe elephant families interacting in their natural habitat.

Enjoy a picnic lunch at a scenic viewpoint overlooking the river, where you can relax while watching wildlife gather nearby—sometimes even witnessing dramatic predator-prey moments. In the afternoon, continue with another game drive through the park, maximizing your chances of spotting more wildlife before concluding your day.

Set out on a scenic drive across the Great Rift Valley, arriving at Lake Manyara National Park for a full-day game drive. Although relatively small in size, the park offers breathtaking scenery and a rich diversity of habitats, including lush acacia forests, towering fig and mahogany trees, and open lakeshore landscapes. It is well known for its large troops of baboons and blue monkeys, as well as resident wildlife such as giraffes, elephants, impalas, buffaloes, and hippos.

The landscapes here are truly striking, with game drives along the lake providing incredible photo opportunities—wildlife in the foreground and the shimmering lake, often dotted with flamingos, in the background. The park’s beauty makes it one of the most picturesque destinations in Tanzania’s northern circuit.

Optional activities such as a guided bike tour or a boat excursion can further enhance your experience. In the afternoon, transfer to your camp or lodge for dinner and a relaxing overnight stay after a rewarding day in the wild.

After an early breakfast, begin your journey toward the world-renowned Serengeti National Park, the highlight of Tanzania’s northern safari circuit. Although the drive is long, it is incredibly scenic, taking you through changing landscapes that build anticipation for what lies ahead. Your first glimpse of the Serengeti is truly unforgettable vast open plains stretching as far as the eye can see, giving meaning to its name, often translated as “endless plains.”

Covering nearly 18,000 square kilometers, the Serengeti is one of the most iconic wildlife destinations on Earth. It is home to the spectacular Great Migration, where millions of wildebeest, along with hundreds of thousands of zebras and antelopes, move across the plains in search of fresh grazing. The park is also one of the best places in Africa to spot large predators, including lions, cheetahs, leopards, and hyenas, making every game drive an exciting experience.

As you enter deeper into the park, you’ll understand why the Serengeti has been featured in countless wildlife documentaries and films. Its dramatic landscapes and abundance of wildlife create a truly immersive safari experience that is both powerful and unforgettable.

You will spend two full days exploring the incredible Serengeti National Park, giving you ample time to fully experience its vast landscapes and abundant wildlife. These days are completely flexible and tailored to your preferences, allowing you to design each safari experience together with your guide. Based on wildlife movements and your interests, your guide will recommend the best times for game drives and when to start your day.

You may choose to enjoy a relaxed schedule with a morning game drive, return to camp for lunch and some rest, and then head out again for an afternoon drive. Alternatively, you can opt for a full-day game drive with a picnic lunch in the bush, maximizing your time in the wilderness and increasing your chances of witnessing unforgettable wildlife moments. This flexibility ensures a personalized and rewarding safari experience in one of Africa’s most iconic destinations.
