Protecting Tanzania's natural heritage
Environmental Responsibility and Conservation
Tanzania's wildlife, forests, landscapes and ecosystems are central to its tourism appeal and ecological health. We aim to reduce the environmental footprint of our trips and encourage travellers to enjoy nature without damaging the places they visit.
Green Tanzania and Tree Planting
Through our Green Tanzania initiative, we aim to connect tourism with environmental restoration by supporting indigenous tree planting. Native species can help restore appropriate habitats and contribute to local ecological resilience when planting is planned with suitable species, locations and long-term care.
We intend for conservation contributions linked to bookings to be documented so travellers can understand how support is allocated and what has been achieved.
Reducing Single-Use Plastic
We promote reusable alternatives and responsible waste management during safaris. Our stated approach includes providing guests with reusable stainless-steel water bottles and reducing avoidable disposable packaging wherever practical.
Travellers can help by bringing reusable personal items, following local waste guidance and leaving natural areas free of litter.
Wildlife and Habitat Protection
